Katherine and Evan - A COVID 2020 Elopement at Bartrams Gardens

Katherine and Evan made the same decision many of my 2020 couples made - get married now and push off the big wedding they are looking so forward to till its safer for all the people they love to gather together. They both loved their wedding venue so much, and it is the perfect location for a fall wedding, so they opted to have their elopement on the same date their wedding would be the following year at their venue, Bartrams Gardens in Philadelphia and it was the perfect way to celebrate amidst a year that has been really hard for all of us. Katherine looked spectacular in her purple gown (yes please to more brides doing alternative gowns!) and she looked every bit of the autumnal bride she wanted to be. Evan was his ever sweet and doting self to her and I just found myself again and again remind why what I do matters so much. Its not about the big, lavish weddings, but the small, beautiful moments with the people you love. Vault and Vine knocked her bouquet out of the park and it was just the perfect mini celebration. I can’t wait to do it all over again with them hopefully next year!
