Nicole and Jordan - Long Island NY Jewish Wedding at Ram Catering

Sitting down to write anything for this wedding, whether it’s a blog post or an instagram story, feels harder than most weddings because there is just so much I want to say. Nicole is the cousin of one of my past brides, Emma and I got to know her family a little at Emma’s wedding last year. But I had no idea that after this wedding I would be hoping that I can photograph any and all weddings for this family for forever because they are just literally the best. And Nicole and Jordan? What wedding photographer dreams are made of. This Persian Jewish wedding on Long Island NY had so much tradition, unique details, stunning florals, and more joy than I have ever experienced at a wedding. Everything about these two and their love for each other was at a 1000 out of a 100 and let me tell you, those are the kind of weddings that you hate to see end.

From their family dancing down the aisle, the sweet, personal vows they shared privately after their first look to the packed dance floor all night….everything about this day was perfect. And I obviously have to comment on the florals and details because as I said to Nicole’s mom after walking into their ballroom….I had waited my whole career to shoot something that pretty and that straight out of a wedding magazine. These two are a joy, their day was full of joy and my heart as a photographer has so much joy at these photos. So while I could go on and on and on, enjoy my (many!!) favs from Nicole and Jordan’s day!
